Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

Tabeeb operates an online medical education platform at tabeebtobe.com, providing medical courses, study materials, videos, and related content ("Content") to registered users in the UAE and MENA region. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how registered users may access and use the platform. Violation of any provision may result in immediate account termination, legal action, or both.

2. Eligibility

Access is strictly limited to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Are enrolled in or have completed a recognized university-level medical or health sciences program, or are a licensed healthcare professional.
• Have provided accurate registration information
• Have completed payment for the applicable subscription or course.

Tabeeb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Ownership & Security

Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

• One person per account. No exceptions.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Sharing credentials with any other person, for free or for compensation, results in immediate permanent termination without refund.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately to support@tabeebtobe.com.
• Concurrent logins from multiple devices or locations are monitored and may be treated as evidence of account sharing.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to compliance with this AUP and payment of applicable fees, Tabeeb grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may:

• Access and view Content during your active subscription or access period.
• Download Content explicitly marked as downloadable, for personal offline study only.
• Take personal notes for your own study purposes.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this AUP:

• Copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works from any Content, in whole or in part.
• Sharing or distributing Content via any medium, including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, social media, or cloud storage.
• Selling, reselling, renting, or commercializing Content or platform access.

• Screen recording, screenshotting, or capturing Content by any means: software, third-party apps, or physical devices.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automation tools to extract Content.
• Bypassing DRM systems, access controls, watermarks, or technical protection measures.

• Using Content for any commercial purpose, including tutoring services, coaching academies, or medical preparation services.
• Monetizing Content on any platform, including YouTube, Patreon, or TikTok.

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, backend systems, or administrative panels.
• Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code into the platform.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent access controls or geographic restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications at any time.

6. Downloadable vs. View-Only Content

Downloadable Content is explicitly marked as such and is licensed solely for personal offline study. It may not be shared or distributed.

View-Only Content may not be downloaded, captured, or reproduced by any method. All Content, regardless of type, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Tabeeb.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content on Tabeeb (including videos, lectures, slides, PDFs, graphics, and course structures) is the exclusive intellectual property of Tabeeb or its licensed content creators, protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Related Rights and applicable international treaties. Nothing in this AUP constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Monitoring & Enforcement

Tabeeb actively monitors for violations, including simultaneous logins, access pattern anomalies, and unauthorized content distribution. Upon detection of a violation, Tabeeb reserves the right to:

• Immediately and permanently terminate the User's account without refund.
• Disclose user data (name, phone number, location, IP address, device information) to law enforcement or legal counsel.
• Pursue civil and criminal legal action and seek injunctive relief and monetary damages, including legal costs.

9. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted to support@tabeebtobe.com with your full name, registered phone number, and location. Eligibility is assessed at Tabeeb's sole discretion. No refund will be issued where a violation of this AUP is identified or under investigation.

10. Access Period & Payments

Subscription access is granted for 600 days from the date of purchase. Tabeeb does not offer lifetime access. All payments are processed through Whish Money. Tabeeb does not store full payment credentials.

11. Privacy & Data

By registering, you consent to the collection of your name, email, phone number, location, device information, and usage data for account management, security monitoring, and AUP enforcement. Data will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with authorities in connection with a violation investigation.

12. Amendments

Tabeeb reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

13. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
