1. How to Submit a Request

Send your refund request by email to support@tabeebtobe.com and include the following:

  • Full registered name
  • Registered phone number
  • Registered location
  • Course or subscription in question
  • Reason for the request

Incomplete requests will not be processed. Identity must be verifiable before any refund is considered.

2. Eligibility

A refund may be approved if:

  • The request is submitted promptly following the date of purchase.
  • A demonstrable technical issue prevented access that Tabeeb was unable to resolve.
  • The request is made in good faith with a valid supporting reason.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The User has violated the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Significant course content has already been accessed.
  • The request is submitted after an extended period of use.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after content has been accessed.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original Whish Money payment method. Processing time varies depending on the payment provider.

Final Decision: All refund determinations are made at the sole and absolute discretion of Tabeeb and are final. Tabeeb reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions set out above.
