1. About Tabeeb

Tabeeb is an online medical education platform operating at tabeebtobe.com, providing medical course content — including videos, slides, PDFs, and related materials — to registered users in the UAE and MENA region. The platform is designed exclusively for university-level medical students and healthcare professionals aged 18 and above.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete. These Terms incorporate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) by reference.

3. Account Registration

• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, a valid phone number, and accurate geographic location. False information may result in immediate termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for your login credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately to support@tabeebtobe.com.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts.
• Non-transferable. Your account may not be sold, transferred, or assigned under any circumstances.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination without refund. Legal action may follow.

4. Subscriptions & Course Access

Subscription access is granted for a fixed period of 600 days from the date of purchase. Tabeeb does not offer lifetime access. Access expires automatically at the end of the 600-day period with no extension or refund granted solely on the basis of expiry.

Per-course access is governed by the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Tabeeb reserves the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time, including during an active access period, without liability to the User. Access is restricted to you personally through the platform's authorized interface only.

5. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed through Whish Money. By completing a purchase, you agree to Whish Money's payment processing terms. Tabeeb does not store full payment credentials. If a payment fails or is disputed, Tabeeb reserves the right to suspend access until the issue is resolved.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted to support@tabeebtobe.com with your full registered name, phone number, and location. Tabeeb reserves the sole right to approve or deny requests. Refunds will not be issued where a violation of these Terms or the AUP is identified, or after a reasonable usage period has elapsed. Approved refunds are returned to the original Whish Money payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including videos, audio, PDFs, slides, graphics, course structures, and branding — is the exclusive property of Tabeeb or its licensed partners, protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Related Rights. Your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access content for personal study only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Downloadable Content

Materials explicitly marked as downloadable are licensed for personal offline study only. All downloaded files remain the intellectual property of Tabeeb. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing view-only content by any method is strictly prohibited.

9. Platform Availability

Tabeeb does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. Tabeeb shall not be liable for loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability.

10. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to prohibitions in the AUP, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' access.
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from any part of the platform.
• Engage in academic dishonesty, cheating, or fraud using platform content.

11. Termination

Tabeeb may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or the AUP, suspected account sharing, false registration information, non-payment, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, access ceases immediately. Termination for cause results in forfeiture of any remaining access period without refund. Tabeeb's right to pursue legal remedies survives termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or professional consultation. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Tabeeb does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabeeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Tabeeb's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tabeeb in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabeeb and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal fees arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms or the AUP, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Tabeeb collects your name, email, phone number, location, device information, and usage data for account management, security, and enforcement purposes. Data will not be sold to third parties but may be shared with authorities in connection with a violation investigation. By using the platform, you consent to this processing.

16. Amendments

Tabeeb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use following any modification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the platform.

17. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the AUP, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabeeb.
